Six Miranza centres obtain the QH Recognition for “fostering patient satisfaction and striving for continuous improvement in health”
Miranza’s commitment to implementing processes and procedures to ensure the best healthcare and health results, considering aspects such as organisational leadership, employee commitment, and the culture of excellence in service, has been recognised once again in the healthcare sector.
Another endorsement now joins the quality seals that Miranza already holds, this time from the IDIS Foundation, a non-profit organisation that highlights the contribution of private healthcare and promotes improvement to health.
At the ninth Quality Healthcare (QH) Awards, the organisation gave this distinction to six Miranza clinics: Miranza Albacete, Miranza Getafe, Vissum Grupo Miranza (Alicante, Lorca and Torrevieja) and IMO Grupo Miranza (Barcelona).
According to the IDIS Foundation, this award is intended to showcase healthcare organisations that increasingly foster a higher degree of satisfaction among their patients with the goal of continuously improving health, the same goal as the QH Recognition.
These new centres recognised by IDIS through its QH certification join Miranza IOA, Miranza Begitek, Miranza Virgen de Luján, Miranza Oculsur and Miranza Clínica Muiños.
Carina Escobar, president of the Plataforma de Organizaciones de Paciente (Platform of Patient Organisations) and member of the Audit Committee for the contest, recently gave the seal to Jaime Martínez, Operations Director at Miranza.
